All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. No changes, returns, or refunds for non-attendance. Refunds only for total event cancellation by the organization (excluding service charges and commissions). Each ticket is valid for one person, date, zone, and location. Children aged 3 and up require a ticket. The organization may request ID to verify age or ticket category. Resale, assignment, or unauthorized transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. Resold or unofficially acquired tickets may be voided without refund. Tickets cannot be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or raffles without prior written authorization. Program, schedules, participants, and activities are subject to change without notice due to safety, force majeure, or operational decisions. The event is "rain or shine" unless safety conditions prevent it. In case of partial suspension or rescheduling, the ticket will be valid for the new date, without automatic right to refund. Access to the Autódromo is subject to security controls. Autódromo Panamá may deny entry or expel anyone who violates rules without refund. Prohibited items: firearms, sharp objects, fireworks, drugs, illicit substances, external alcoholic beverages, drones, professional cameras without accreditation, skateboards, scooters, or items compromising safety. Permitted items: umbrellas, baby strollers, and water thermoses up to 1.5L. By entering, attendees authorize free and irrevocable capture, reproduction, and dissemination of their image, voice, and/or name via photos, video recordings, or live transmissions for informational, promotional, advertising, archival, or media transmission purposes by Autódromo Panamá and its commercial partners, without compensation. Personal photos and videos are allowed. Live streaming, professional recording, or any commercial use without express authorization is prohibited. Attendees acknowledge inherent risks of motorsports and attend at their own risk. Autódromo Panamá is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses due to imprudence, rule violations, or causes beyond its control. Autódromo is not responsible for additional expenses (travel, lodging, meals, etc.) due to event changes, cancellations, or modifications. Maximum liability is limited to the nominal ticket value. Attendees must maintain safe and respectful behavior. Prohibited: obstructing access, invading restricted areas, or disturbing public order. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors. Parking tickets are separate from event entry and do not include event access. Parking is not supervised; Autódromo Panamá is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles. Resale of parking tickets is prohibited. Autódromo Panamá's brands, logos, and symbols are protected by law; unauthorized commercial use is prohibited. Terms are governed by Panama laws. Disputes will be resolved in Panama courts. Personal data is treated confidentially per Panama Law 81 of 2019 for ticket management, access control, event security, and related communications. Data is not shared with unauthorized third parties unless legally required. Data subjects can exercise rights by emailing [email protected] or using enabled channels. Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of data processing.
