Access to Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB) is restricted. All persons, except Columbus Air Force Base personnel and dependents, must complete the Military Base Access Form once per year. Anyone not on the MBAF list will be denied access to the base by Security Forces. Make sure the base access form is filled out and submitted before Noon Sunday October 4th, 2026. At the gate you must present ID that matches the entrylist. That ID must be Real ID compliant. That includes passports and state ID with the star in circle design. Every person in the vehicle must be on the list and have Real ID.
